If you get the following message:

We've not been able to confirm the card reader details you've entered. Please check
carefully and try again or use your card reader to create a new code.

Check the card you're using in the card reader matches the one selected on the screen.

If the unique number is still not recognised, try the authorisation process again. Make sure that during 'Step 2' you press the card readers' Respond button (the one with two arrows on it). This is the most common cause for the unique number not to be recognised.

If you enter the unique number (PASSCODE) incorrectly too many times, your card will be locked for use with the card reader. To unlock, please contact Cora, your digital assistant.
