Changing your debit card PIN

You can change the PIN for your debit card at any Ulster Bank cash machine. Simply insert your card and follow the on-screen instructions. Please choose your new PIN carefully and don't share it with anyone else.

Forgotten your debit card PIN?

You can order a PIN reminder online:

1. Log in to Anytime Internet Banking at www.anytimebanking.ulsterbank.co.uk (opens in a new window)
2. Select 'Cards' from the main menu.
3. In the 'Manage your debit card' section select 'Get a PIN reminder' from the menu.
4. Enter the last 5 digits of your Ulster Bank debit card and your date of birth into the online form.
5. Select 'Submit' and one will be sent to you within 3-5 working days.

You can also do it on your app:

1. Log in to the app and select your account.
2. Tap 'Manage my card'.
3. Choose 'PIN services' then 'PIN reminder'.
4. Fill in the form and tap 'Submit' to receive your PIN reminder.
