How do I order a new, replacement or additional card-reader?

If you have not yet ordered a card-reader or your card-reader is lost damaged or out of battery power you can order a new one online.

To order a card-reader for Anytime Internet Banking:

  1. Log in to your Anytime Internet Banking service at www.ulsterbankanytimebanking.co.uk (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Security' from the menu
  3. In the 'Using a card-reader' section select 'Order a card-reader'
  4. Select a reason from the drop down menu
  5. Click 'Confirm'

Your card-reader will arrive within 6 working days

If you do not have a debit card for your account we will send you an Anytime Internet Banking card and PIN for use with the card-reader. Please allow up to 15 days for these to arrive.

If you have ordered a card-reader that has not yet arrived and you need to make a payment urgently please call telephone banking or visit your local branch to arrange a payment.
