I don't recognise a transaction on my credit card statement, what can I do?

If you want to dispute a transaction we recommend you contact the retailer and attempt to resolve the issue with them directly.  You can search the retailer name quoted on your statement using a search engine such as Google or Bing.

Remember to keep a record of your attempts of resolving the matter as we may require a copy of this from you.

If you are unable to identify the retailer review our check our Merchants List (opens in a new window) to see if the retailer has a different trading name to the one shown on your statement.

If you are unable to resolve the issue with the retailer directly, you can complete one of the following forms based on your circumstances.

  1. Your account and card payment details
  2. The payment details - Company Name, Amount, Frequency, Payment Date
