I have a message from the fraud team, what do I do?

When our systems recognise activity on your account that is similar to known fraud trends your card may be stopped as a precaution. We will notify you as quickly as possible by Phone, SMS or Email and provide you with instructions on what to do next.

If you have received one of these messages then please contact us on the number below to discuss recent transactions. If we do not hear from you we may send a letter asking you to contact us. You can find more information on Smishing & Text Message Fraud (opens in a new window)

Remember: We will never ask you to divulge your full PIN or password and if you are ever in doubt, you can always contact us using the number on the back of your card.
