How can I confirm my credit card statement is set for paperless?

Please log into your mobile app or Anytime Internet Banking and check your paperless setting under "Settings".

Mobile app

  1. You can choose your statement preferences in the mobile app.
  2. Once logged in to the app, select your credit card, and choose the ‘statements’ option.
  3. Select ‘delivery preferences’, select ‘paperless statements’.
  4. Agree to paperless statements by pressing ‘agree’.
