Why can’t I unblock my Credit Card PIN using the mobile app?

You won't be able to unblock your PIN via the mobile app if you have recently blocked your PIN. In this scenario the PIN will need to be unblocked by the Credit Card Telephony team.

Why can’t I order a PIN reminder using the app?

You won't be able to get a PIN reminder via the mobile app if you have recently requested a PIN reminder, or if you have recently changed your address. In these scenarios, you'll need to order the PIN reminder by getting in touch with the Credit Card Telephony team.

Why is my Direct Debit not being created through the mobile app?

Currently when you select a fixed payment more than £1,000, the mobile app will not identify the amount and not create the payment. You'll need to contact the Credit Card Telephony team to create a payment for your credit card.
