I've forgotten my Customer Number, what should I do?

Your Customer Number given to you when you signed up for Anytime Internet Banking is your date of birth (ddmmyy) followed by your unique number which identifies you to the bank. So for example if your date of birth is 9th March 1967 then your customer number would start 090367 followed by up to 4 numbers.

If you're not sure of your Customer Number, you can find it:

  • within the 'More' section of the mobile app, under the Help and Support section
  • on the right hand side of the iPad app when looking at the account view
  • in the Contact Us page of the iPad app

Alternatively, simply re-submit your details and you should be able to access the service straight away.
