If you have forgotten your login details for Anytime Internet Banking, either your Customer Number your PIN and/or your password, the following will assist you in getting logged back on:
Your Customer Number - starts with your date of birth (DDMMYY) followed by up to 4 digits given to you when you enrolled for Anytime Internet Banking.
Your PIN - is the four-digit number chosen by you when you registered for Anytime Internet Banking. It may be a different number from the PIN (Personal Identification Number) that you use at cash machines or ATMs.
Your password - is the one you chose when you registered for Anytime Internet Banking. It has between 6 and 20 characters and may contain both letters and numbers.
If you still can't recall your Customer Number or PIN and/or password you will be able to regain access to the service by answering a few simple questions and you may be able to use the service immediately.
We will let you know by text and email to acknowledge your enrolment or re-enrolment for Anytime Internet Banking.
