I have requested an activation code for my Mobile Banking app but I haven't received it, what should I do?

If you haven't received the text message with the activation code please complete the following:

  • Check that the mobile number you have entered or confirmed is correct
  • Turn your phone off and switch it back on, then check your text messages to see if you have received an SMS from us with your activation code
  • Check your signal and Wi-Fi strength
  • If you have just changed your mobile number or have only just registered for Anytime Internet Banking the activation code may be suppressed in some cases and you may need to try again after 72 hours
  • If you have requested the activation code four times today please try again after 24 hours as we only allow 4 requests per day
