Will a cancelled or amended payment to my credit card be immediate?

Yes; a request to cancel or amend a scheduled Anytime Internet Banking payment to your credit card will happen straight away provided all the steps are completed.

A scheduled payment to your credit card can be cancelled or amended or up to 6.30pm (UK time) on the working day before the payment is due to be made.

If you have set up a scheduled payment at a branch, it will not appear online. Please contact a branch if you wish to amend or cancel any such payment.
