How do I check my credit card payment has been cancelled?

If you have just cancelled a payment to your credit card using Anytime Internet Banking and want to double check it has been cancelled:

  1. Select 'Payments and transfers' from the left hand menu
  2. In the 'Make a payment or transfer' section select 'Manage scheduled payments'.

The credit card payment will no longer be displayed if it has been cancelled. If the payment has not been cancelled then it will still show in the list and an option to cancel the payment will be available.
