Where in Anytime Internet Banking can I see my full mobile phone number?

The only time we will display your full mobile phone number is when you enter and confirm your mobile phone number using the change mobile phone number option.

To change your mobile phone number

  1. Log in to Anytime Internet Banking at (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Your details' from the main menu.
  3. Under 'Amend personal details' select 'Update mobile phone number'.

Changing your mobile phone number is a 3 step process and you will be required to authorise this with your mobile app if you have registered for Biometrics or a card-reader to complete the change.
