Why am I not receiving paper statements?

This could be because you, or if you have a joint account - the other party to this joint account, has opted to go paperless and turned off paper statements. You can confirm this within the 'Statements' section of Anytime Internet Banking; just select 'Stop or start paper statements by updating your paperless settings'.

If your paper statements have not been turned off, then please ensure that we hold your current address. You can confirm the details by contacting telephone banking or by visiting your local branch.
