Why does it say 'service temporarily unavailable' when I am registering for Internet Banking?

  1. Carefully check the details you have entered into the application form and try again.
  2. You could try using an alternative Browser if available.
  3. If you are using Firefox try Firefox Safe mode (Start > Programs/All Programs > Mozilla Firefox > Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode) If this works then the issue is most likely caused by one of your Firefox add-ons. (commonly search toolbars).
  4. If you are using Internet Explorer 7 or above you can try no add-ons mode (Start > Programs/All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) If this works then the issue is most likely caused by one of your Internet Explorer add-ons. (commonly search toolbars).
